2020 Stall Reservations and Fees

$195  Thursday Sept. 24-6 am to Wednesday Sept. 30 at 8 am

$195 Wednesday Sept. 30- 6 am to Monday Oct. 5 at  8 am

$250 Thursday Sept. 24-6 am -Monday Oct. 5 at  8 am

All stalls must be reserved and paid  for online.  

$15 processing fee for all cancelled stalls.  

No convenience fee charged. 

No refunds for stalls cancelled after 9/4/2020.             

For preassigned stalls all stalls must be reserved by  9/4/20

ALL EXHIBITORS AND TRAILERS MUST FIRST ENTER THE GROUNDS THROUGH THE SOUTH WEST CHECK IN STATION BEFORE GOING TO THEIR STALL BLOCK.

Upon arrival, all attendees will sign a COVID release and receive a wrist band that they must wear throughout the event. Mask will be required anytime an attendee can not maintain social distancing and at all times while indoors. Exhibitors riding or working their horses are not required to wear mask. Please have your horse health papers and coggins to present upon arrival.
